As we all know, per the traditional business formalities, It's always good to have a mutual agreement with each other on a specified set of rules while doing a business. Likewise this general phenomenon works we also have something called deals in doing Online Advertising.

What does a Deal references to?

We know the n number of transactions happening on either sides of business of sellers and buyers, and both of them trying to reach a specified business goal through their ( client's) digital assets, It becomes more important to have a prioritized relation with each other to give a lift to achieve those goals aggressively.    Private deal offers a shared reserved quota among the inventory that means a same set of inventory could be open for multiple bidders and anyone can win basis of their price of auction. Note that, there must be an agreement floor value below which a bidder can't be a part of that auction.
